The Dharma Yoga style created by Sri Dharma Mittra in 1975 is rooted in hatha-raja yoga and its 8 Limbs. There is an overarching emphasis on compassion. The physical practice tones and invigorates the body and mind, bringing flexibility, strength and balance. Guidance through breathing and meditative healing modalities regulates the heartbeat and de-stresses the nervous system, supporting each person towards radiant health and therefore a long and peaceful life.
