Yoga, Talk, & Tea Time
Join us for an all levels yoga practice. Stay after (or if you can't make it for yoga join us after) for Tea Time. We will offer a variety tea blends. Together we will sip our tea, and gather. We will use this time to talk with each other, using yogic teachings to help and support each other.

About the event
Join us for an all levels yoga practice where we will recharge, release, ground, grow, and relax together. Stay after (or if you cannot make it for yoga practice, join us after) for Tea Time. We will offer a variety of herbal tea blends to suit a variety of different individuals’ constitutions, promoting vibrant health. Together we will settle in, sip our tea, and gather. In yoga, sating is a pivotal role in helping one another, and supporting one another on our paths. So, we will use this time to sit and talk with each other, using the teachings of yoga as guidance. This will be a space that is safe, accepting, a place that is loving, and compassionate. This event is meant to offer a place for those to discuss, to ask questions, and to help carry each other. Yoga scripts and books will be offered to read through, look at, and refer to. And we recommend bringing a journal to this event. We also strongly encourage bringing our own tea mug, and all are welcome but not required to bring their own tea blends to share. Come one, come all, everyone is welcome!
