About the Event

Winter can be a difficult time for many. From the cold, to the short days, and everything in between, this season has a tendency to be challenging.

But this season, like all seasons, can have great benefits.

During this workshop we will explore what benefits the winter season has to offer us, as well as touch on wellness techniques from yoga and meditation, to breathing and herbalism, that can help us combat the winter blues, including an All Levels Yoga Practice, Deep Relaxation, Pranayama and Meditation Exercises, a Discussion in Winter Herbal Remedies and Plant Uses/Benefits, and Handouts Containing Herbal Remedies and Recipes, as well as other Winter Wellness Tools and Techniques.
